I got this “Wrap-a-round Boat Tie Down Strap” from a Maine estate I bought. The Strap is 2” Wide & Fully Extended it will reach 11 feet 9 inches.It is designed to wrap around the back half of the boat. You pull on the blue strap to tighten & the white strap to release. It is in Good Usable Condition. PLEASE NOTE: There is some light rust on the metal clamp. This should not effect how it works. The rust will probably wear off after it is used a couple times. See last picture! If you are not pleased with it, you may return it to me within 30 days for a full purchase price refund.
